Welcome to SAB08!

Those who wish to participate in the SAB08 are kindly requested to register in advance. Please click the “Registration System” button above to proceed to online registration. Workshops registration and request for accommodation can also be made through this system. Registration will be considered complete after full payment of the Registration fee.

Please note that this system is totally separate from the START SYSTEM used for paper submissions.

Registration Fees (for main part)

Please present the confirmation email for your registration to the registration desk on the day.

An on-site Registration Desk will be opened at the Senri Life Science Center. On-site registration fee may be paid in cash (Japanese Yen Only) with Late Registration fee.

Workshop & Tutorials Registration Fees

For our operational information, please notify the workshop(s) you are going to attend. Detaild information regarding each workshop is available from the “Workshops” page.

Fees Include:

Coffee break, book of proceedings and conference pack, Welcome party, Social Dinner.

For the social dinner please register in advance since seats might be limited.

Methods of payment

Payments are accepted only through credit cards.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation and Revise of registration should be notified by “Registration System” with your personal Account.

Please note that cancellation are received during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:30-17:30 Japan Standard Time(GMT+9).

In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee and administrative fee. Refund will be made by the same credit card after the conference.
