Final Camera-ready paper submission deadline:　March 25th, 2008 *JST(GTM+9)

     Publication of the proceedings will be in LNCS/LNAI, Springer Verlag. Both oral and poster presentations will be published in conference proceedings.      Please note that it is not possible to modify a paper once it has been submitted. Every detail, including the order of the names of the authors, should be checked before your submission.      Please register for the conference from the "Registration" page before submitting your finalized manuscripts. Corresponding authors are requested to submit the followings through "final submission" on the "Submissions" Page.

     The files should be labeled "Submission Number of START SYSTEM and top author's family name".　For example, if your submission number is "#501" and your corresponding author's family name is "Smith", then please label the source file and the pdf file as "501Smith".

1) The final source files

-LaTex files

(associated style files + special fonts (if applicable) + eps/bib files)

     OR

-Word files

     OR

-rtf files

2) A final PDF file

3) A copy right form, signed by one author on behalf of all of the authors of the paper

4) A readme giving the name and email address of the corresponding author.

Notes:

1) The table of contents and the author index are actually created from the headers of the papers. We therefore ask you to check that the names in the headers are written as they should appear in the table of contents and the author index.

2) If your email　addresses are given in their papers, they will also appear in the metadata of the online version as well as in the printed proceedings.

3) Submitted papers must not exceed 10 pages.

4) Around the end of April, our publisher shall send the final pdf files to the corresponding authors, asking them to check their papers. The email will come from an email address in India and will have an attachment (a pdf file), so you should make sure that emails with attachments are not automatically filtered out. Timeline for this checking procedure will be updated in late March once further details are confirmed.
